Our 3-pack of Joy Resistance Bands will have you booty-shakin' and ready to 'mingo. Made from upcycled fabric, so you can feel good about getting a great workout - and doing a little something good for the planet. 

Three strength levels (light, medium and heavy) to support you from stretches to squats and even push up assists (25/35/50lbs):

  • Light (10kg),
  • Medium (15kg), 
  • Heavy (20kg) resistance

Made from recycled nylon and latex, with non-slip grips on the inside to prevent rolling when you settle into that squat, lunge, glute bridge or push up! Slip-free grips keep 'em in place so you can lunge, squat, and bridge with confidence! Perfect for at-home workouts, yoga, and pilates.

        Gorgeous design! Not only are they sooo cute but they are the best resistance bands i’ve ever used. I love the width of them, as well as the inner grip lining which means no rolling around whilst using them on the legs! Highly recommend 💓

        I LOVE THESE BANDS

        These bands are honestly the best, the resistance is amazing and they don’t slip like other brands, I honestly feel like these make my pilates practice so much more intense and I love it! Also the pattern is my absolute favourite! I LOVE the JOY pattern and how pretty and fun it is, it makes you want to work out!!
