Changing behaviour—especially lifelong habits—doesn’t happen overnight. Research (like that explored in Atomic Habits) shows that small, consistent changes are the most effective. This applies perfectly to reducing plastic use and embracing recycled plastic products. 

Instead of overhauling everything at once, why not take on a Plastic Free July challenge in your home, office, or school? Focus on one or more of the Top 4 items and make it a fun, team-based activity. The goal is progress, not perfection.
